Windham Workshops

Over the last several years, Windham Professionals initiated a series of workshops for our clients. Designed by a committee of University and industry professionals, our workshops are an excellent opportunity to receive valuable training and discuss contemporary issues. Programs include on-campus collection techniques, traditional Department of Education updates, as well as the development and implementation of a collection department. We recently added a discussion on Bankruptcy to the agenda. Our New Hampshire workshop included a visit to the Windham Professionals campus in Salem.

Windham is proud to offer our workshop throughout the country. Our regional sales staff works with our Salem office to continue this program by holding regional workshops in various locations. We have brought our workshop to Stillwater, Oklahoma (Hosted by Oklahoma State University), San Jose, California (Hosted by San Jose State University) and Worcester, Massachusetts (Hosted by College of the Holy Cross). We are currently working on scheduling and coordinating several workshops throughout the country in 2010.

Windham clients regularly ask to have seminars or workshops customized and presented to their staff members, not just to stay current with federal and state regulations, but also to stay abreast of new tools in the collection industry and effective approaches to reduce their delinquent account portfolios.
