Erin W. S. Zaldastani
President and Chief Executive Officer
As President and CEO, Erin oversees the development of our company. She drives Windham's corporate strategy and growth, and continues to build a strong leadership team.
Erin has been an active member of the Windham team since 1992, holding the positions of Business Manager, General Counsel, and Executive Vice President.
In 2006, Erin Zaldastani was appointed successor to Windham's founder and former President and CEO, Edward M. Sheehan, Jr.
Erin is active on many industry boards and attends conferences and workshops devoted to the collection industry.
Erin has her Juris Doctorate Degree and has been admitted to both the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar. -
Edward M. Sheehan III
Executive Vice President
Ed has been with Windham Professionals since 1994. He is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of collections, operations, and IT systems. His commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards is evident in Windham's staff of Collection and Account Managers and the high recovery rates those representatives achieve.
Ed graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences. He is a member of the Sandler Sales Institute President's Club and has completed several FDCPA Collector Certification and Compliance Training Programs.

Megan L. S. Kristiansen
Executive Vice President
Megan has been with Windham Professionals for over ten years, where she provides legal counsel in business employment, creditor and debtor/borrower rights, contracts, and collection law. She ensures compliance with federal and state HR regulations and leads our compliance division.
Megan interacts with all departments to disseminate current legal decisions that affect the business.
Megan is active in industry conferences, seminars and workshops to keep abreast of pending legislation and court rulings affecting the collection industry. She was appointed a founding member of the NCHELP Private Loan Committee.
Megan has her Juris Doctorate Degree and is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.

Fred Lundquist
Executive Vice President, Business Development
Fred leads our business development team with an excellent background in collections operations and sales, spanning decades of industry experience. Fred first started as a collection agent in 1980 and quickly moved into operations management. In 1991 he moved to sales, eventually advancing to a position as a sales executive. Through the course of his career he has sat on panels at numerous industry conferences and workshops. His diverse background is well-suited for Windham’s varied vertical experience, which includes campus based-collections, FFELP loans, Federal Direct student loans, private student loans, government, retail, commercial and healthcare recovery programs.
Prior to his collection experience, Fred served in the armed forces as an intelligence analyst.

Mike Kendall
Executive Vice President, Chief of Staff - Change Management
Mike brings over three decades of industry experience to Windham. In previous roles, he has been head of marketing, chief marketing officer, and responsible for new product development to address collection needs of financial institutions. He has worked on numerous client and internal projects over the years, including new collection systems, new products and services, and client programs.
As Executive Vice President, Chief of Staff – Change Management, Mike increases performance, drives greater profitability, and optimizes processes. He positions Windham for significant, future expansion by creating programs and processes that will support dynamic growth.

Meave O'Marah
Chief Financial Officer
As Windham's Chief Financial Officer, Meave oversees our financial management and accounting functions and drives our long-term strategic planning efforts. Meave has experience in the private and public sectors in fiscal policy, budgeting, start-up activities, accounting systems design, and management controls and reporting. She has worked in politics and public policy in London, New York City, and Massachusetts, covering topics ranging from education to administration and finance.
Maeve received her MBA at Babson College.

Richard Skinner
Chief Information and Technology Officer
Richard specializes in IT Strategy, with 40 years of experience in IT and over 25 years of experience in the collections industry. His past roles have included Director – IT Services, Senior Vice President – Information Services, and Vice President, CIO – Information Systems, among others. At Windham, Richard manages the IT department, removing any IT barriers encountered as a result of growth. His past experience enables him to avoid pitfalls and guide the IT resource to successfully support the business.
Richard received his B.S. at the Ohio State University. He has written two books on Information Technology centered around IT strategy: IT is about the Strategy (2007) and IT Tactics (2006).

Lawrence A. Laskey
Vice President and General Counsel
Larry joined Windham this year, bringing with him over 30 years of corporate legal experience, including 14 years of service as Vice President and Legal Counsel for a nationally known collection agency. In addition to being a long-term member of the NCHELP Debt Management Committee, Larry also is a member of the NCHELP Private Loan Committee and ACA International's Members Attorney Program. Larry is a subject matter expert on industry regulatory matters such as the FDCPA, TCPA, and HEA, as well as in the areas of privacy rights and communications technology. He has had a leadership role in helping collection agencies understand case law directly affecting our industry, as well as concise analysis of new or pending legislation important to our successful operations.
Larry obtained his Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
