The late Ed Sheehan founded Windham Professionals in 1982, leading the company as President from 1982 to 2006. Through decades of experience in the collection industry, Ed gained a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to remaining on the cutting edge of collection policy. While a director of the New England Collectors Association, Ed was instrumental in effecting legislation and policies designed to regulate and govern collection procedures in New England.
During his career, Ed was involved with the Coalition of Higher Education Assistance Organizations (COHEAO), the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO), and the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA).
